Most Galaxy users didn’t know Samsung could come directly to them to repair their device. So instead of explaining a practical service in a practical way, we made the problems wildly impractical.
Tall Tales, Short Fixes turned everyday phone frustrations into absurd genre stories filled with ghosts, monsters and impossible mishaps. No matter how strange the situation became, every story ended the same way: Samsung Care showed up and fixed it.
To bring the worlds to life at scale, we built a hybrid live-action and GenAI production system that generated 250+ assets across four films, social and programmatic, turning one simple service promise into an endlessly expandable storytelling platform.
Because however unbelievable the problem, the fix is simple: We Come To You.
